A little about me…

I used to call New York City home — chasing big dreams, big deadlines, and that fast-paced life that never really lets you breathe. Somewhere along the way, I packed a suitcase and ended up exploring 28 countries. I tried the digital nomad thing (spoiler: it’s not all laptops on beaches), but what I really fell in love with was slow travel — taking my time, learning the culture, really being in a place.

Eventually, I found my way back to the South, where I’m now rooted and learning how to create more calm, more wellness, and more intention — while still going after my big dreams.

Here’s what I know for sure:
Success looks different for everyone.
And it should never cost you your well-being.
